GiftLegacy Manager permits you to make changes directly to your web site. It is a powerful program that places you in control. Each user should carefully check text, spelling and content. Your changes are saved directly to your web site. Suggested GiftLegacy user testing policies are:

Carefully type your text. Check fonts, spelling, addresses, names, e-mail addresses and phone numbers.
Save your new text. Then view and print each updated page on your site. Proof carefully. Have a second person print and proof each page.
Weekly, have a staff member from your office review your GiftLegacy site. Check all of the links and read the key sections.

Web Sites
The GiftLegacy interactive web site provides a customized, professional, up-to-date planned giving web site. This section allows you to create your own personalized Privacy Statement and edit donor stories and other text on your GiftLegacy and GiftLaw Web Sites.

Stories
Each GiftLegacy web site comes with a full set of personalized donor stories. This section allows you to further customize each donor story.

eNewsletters
The services include a weekly GiftLegacy eNewsletter for donors and a weekly GiftLaw eNewsletter for financial professionals. Each features the "look and feel" of your organization and is filled with timely articles, impactful stories and multiple links directing recipients to your web site. You may personalize the header and footer with your organization's weekly news and events.

Statistics
Crescendo tracks detailed information about the traffic that your organization's GiftLegacy, GiftLaw and planned giving web sites receive. You will be able to view graphs and vital statistics regarding the traffic on each of your eMarketing pages.

Literature
Literature includes the quarterly print newsletter, Brochures, Postcards, weekly thoughts, brochures to market your web site, a wills guide, and more.
